InfoSheba provides responsive information services to the Rohingya population (Forcefully Displacement Myanmar Nationals) and surrounding host communities in Cox's Bazar, the southern part of Bangladesh. InfoSheba is a part of the Signpost program led by the International Rescue Committee (IRC). InfoSheba provides critical and life-saving information to empower the Rohingya and surrounding host communities. Additionally, InfoSheba facilitates a two-way communication service through in-person meetings to provide reliable and timely information at the centers located within the Rohingya Camps.

InfoSheba provides information through online and offline approaches. The online approaches include the InfoSheba website and InfoSheba Facebook Page, and offline offers in-person engagement at the Rohingya Camps. InfoSheba creates and curates information content based on the needs of the communities and publishes it on the InfoSheba website and Facebook page, which includes articles, animation, infographics, videos, etc., in Bangla and English.

Anyone can also request required information using WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, linked with the Website and Facebook page, while the InfoSheba team responds as early as possible.
